I've been invited to attend Elsass Rock and Jive Festival in Schiltigheim, France and I'm super excited to be able to also offer a day of my hands-on, vintage hair and makeup workshops!

I'll be offering two different workshops on the 11th of May, both at the festival. Only 10 spots available in each workshop and these workshops have sold out in less than a hour before so if you want to come, don't wait!

Tickets are £95 each and there is the option to pay a 50% deposit to secure your ticket, with the balance due in 6 weeks time.

Modern Pinup Makeup Workshop
Friday 11th May
1-4pm
Come along to this fun workshop where you’ll not only be able to watch and learn as I demonstrate my key looks for vintage makeup, but also try the techniques on yourself under my guidance!
I will take you through a full face of modern pinup makeup from foundation to eyeshadow, liquid eyeliner to brows, red lips and false eyelashes and everything in between. With each step I will demonstrate on a model, giving you the opportunity to get up close, ask questions and watch and learn. Then there will be time for you to try it on yourself before moving on to the next step and I will be on hand to help you with any problems and guide you if you are having trouble.
This workshop is great for beginners and more experienced makeup enthusiasts.
You will need to bring your own makeup and brushes for this workshop, a full list is provided in the downloadable information sheet upon booking.

Beginners Set & Brush Out Workshop
Friday 11th May
4.30-7.30pm
Perfect for a beginner or someone wanting to improve their skills, this workshop focuses on setting and brushing out your hair into classic 50s curls.
After a demonstration on my model, I’ll be firstly helping to guide you through setting your hair with hot tongs. This is one of the many ways that you can set you hair and I will also talk about the benefits of other types of sets. The skills you learn in this workshop will be able to also be applied to all other setting methods.
Once you have set your hair in pincurls, we will then do the brush out, creating that Marilyn Monroe front swoop. This is something that many ladies struggle with as each head of hair is so different – the great thing about attending this class is that I will be there to give you tips on your specific hairtype and haircut.
